PAXIL + Kpins + Hydro...... + ??? L-Lysine to Potentiate???

Can anyone tell me if L-Lysine will potentiate my kpins? I take 1mg 3 x daily & if so, what's a good starting dose of the lysine? I've been taking kpin for about 8 years along with 40mg Paxil for HIGH Anxiety and some depression but lately, my last kpin before I go to bed is not helping me sleep anymore. Any help or any other suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks

Also, would the lysine potentiate Hydros too?

you have developed tolerance to your medication, and adding more or potentiating it will only help in the short term. your should talk to your doctor about this issue.

Thanks Mate & I have talked with my Doc. He will only up the Paxil dose but not the kpins and I don't want to up either one or take anymore Narcs just for sleep anyways. I can usually take 6 to 12 mgs of Melatonin & a couple big swigs of Z-Quil which only works on occasion and I have some 25mg Seroquel but it leaves my groggy and I don't want to get "hooked" on that crap either. Any other suggestions, my friend?

SSRIs can exacerbate insomnia. Maybe take less? Is the depression that bad?
