(answered) Page Design/Settings/iOS/???

Hi there, I am starting to develop multiple ?'s as I venture through BL. I have read the mast majority of the FAQ's/Guidelines. However, it says the settings button (to make my avatar & everything else) should be on the top of pretty much every page, I don't see this. Am I blind or is some of the webpage being cut off bc I'm using my iPhone (iOS8)
