Opioids Opioid effect on testosterone

Trynna figure out what the effect of opioids is on testosterone based on frequency of use and dosage. I'm making a run at my sport of choice, and going to see how far I can take it over the next three-four years. Want to decide if it would be better for my performance to completely quit dihydrocodeine for that duration, or if instead I should focus on smoking less weed for my lungs.

Doing a couple lazy google searches, I've found studies quantifying the effect of opioids on testosterone between opioid using population and non-users(something crazy like 50% suppresion of testosterone), but I can't find anything specific in regards to frequency and dosing. I usually take 120mg of DHC every 7-10 days, sometimes with a 60-90mg redose.

Anyone that's read-up on the subject, can you tell me if my current use is enough to have such a significant effect on my testosterone? Really appreciate the input
I’ve been on 3x 7.5mg of hydrocodone for 10 years, and 4 months ago after a car accident increased to 18mg of xtampa (oxycodone) and 3x15mg of hydrocodone daily. I have my blood checked every 3 months and my test levels fluctuate wildly. In November they were a bit above 700, and last month right at 300. My dr originally warned me about test suppression when I started pain management, but I really feel like there is a genetic predisposition that will influence low test more than opioids alone.
