Ok, ive been reading with baited breath for the last few days about 4-meo-pcp, methoxetamine and 3-meo-pcp. On almost every thread there's some mention of the "opiod" effect created by these substances. I know they're new, but i was wondering if anyone with experience in both opiates and dissociatives could speak as to their experience with tolerance and the possibility of developing a physical habit. just a concern of mine going into these new substances....

I am not an expert by any means but I am fairly certain 3-meo-pcp etc. will not cause dependance . The primary receptor stimulated is the k-opioid receptor which is not involved in opiate addiction, so unlikely to get physical addiction. its antagonism of the mu receptor is pretty mild so you are unlikely to get any real opiate like effects, although i have heard from some people (on a thread I posted about opiate dissociatives) that some people have reported opiate like effects while others do not. As for tolerance all drugs cause some degree of tolerance over time, just don't do it like everyday as thats probably not healthy anyway

NMDA receptor dissociatives are known for reversing tolerance in opiate addicts so i dont think people will be getting withdrawl from these drugs, more psychological dependence

3-HO-PCP actually proved to be more of an antagonist at mu if I remember that
Itzhak paper in European Journal of Pharmacology correctly.

yea i did 4meopcp, 300mgs rectal, it was +4, and lasted a good 2 days. i didn't have opiate w/d for few days and was confused. at that time, my tolerance was fucking sky high from opana. i ended up using bc im an idiot.

I just went thru 5 g of ketamine and lowered my tolerance significantly, just 2-3 bags of shit nj dope. and ordered 10gs more.

I just posted a similar inquiry about nitrous and opiate w/d...if u have any exp...pm me or post to that thread in other drugs please.

there was no physical habit for ketamine which i do constantly if i can, only did 4meo pcp once bc it is sooo intense and i cant function, and ive done my fair share of nitrous w no physical habit...it really helps the opiate w/d and tolerance though imo (except for i haven't tried the nitrous w the same fervor and intention)

but i believe that it is a relatively weak mu antagonist, and that as someone else said it is used in the treatment of opiate dependency because, much like DXM, its antagonism does not result in any dependance or neurotoxicity towards Dopamine receptors

hmm

im kindof intruiged by itsok's reply, did you notice he said he went two days with no opiate withdrawals after the 4-meo-pcp? I know it's a single anecdotal report, but as someone with opiate addiction experience i know for sure that just up and going two days or more with no opiates means there's SOMETHING working on mu, or else the dreaded withdrawals would be pinning you to the floor.... I just wonder if someone might end up in a crazy situation after a 4-meo bender where they suddenly have an opiate-like withdrawal syndrome from long term mu-agonism... purely speculative, like i said in the first post, it's just something that's come to mind as i continue reading about these compounds...http://i.bluelight.ru/s/wrygrin.gif

^hey i got more to add. after my ketamine binge this week, i dont suffer from physical h w/d, only mental anguish and jonesing. its weird and i feel confused and blessed. also could be that i
got off methadone 2.5 weeks ago after being on it for a month so it may be tempering my physical w/d

i wish underground rehabs existed where they dosed opiate addicts w pcp and ketamine and nitrous.

yet again- nmda recpetor antagonists reverse tolerance to a wide variety of drugs heroin/speed/probably more just having difficulty thinking right now
