Feeling down? Yeah me too sometimes...

I'm not sure if this has been posted before, but I know moodgym has helped me. I hope it can help someone on this forum as well, even just a little bit.
It's all web based and it's free. Can save and exit any time + pick up where you left off. Plus I can really relate to 1 of the example characters on there

It's a great resource and thank you for bringing it up. I love that it is completely free and you can use it any way you want, when you want.
