In one sentence, the underwater Rapture city, these are little sisters that collects ''ADAM'', a thing that allows the residents of Rapture to get plasmas powers. And then there's the ''Big Daddies'' that can either harvest or rescue them, I remember when I've played I couldn't grip myself to harvest them, it's a imaginary computer model but haha, I couldn't. It's a pretty interesting concept, though.
