i've always had this idea..
at one point in the near future the whole world should make a decision to work towards a common goal. one particular piece of land in the world could be chosen that will hold the current populace of the world. construction will start work on a nightclub so large that everyone in the world could fit in it. doctors will work on a pill that is taken that gives a pure mdma rush for the remainder of a persons lifetime, eliminating the need for food or water ever again. at the given time, everybody will leave their homes and every person on earth will enter this huge nightclub. the party will start, and go on until the end of time.
