I think you're putting too much thought into it lol ;)

I interpreted it as an ironic juxtaposition of the "coexist" message (perhaps associated with some kind of snowflake liberal and/or hippy sentiment in the mind of the meme's creator and/or viewer) with the civil unrest/looters/car burners etc. It's intended for a cheap laugh in the vein of, these liberal snowflakes don't know how the "real world" works

It doesn't really matter if it was removed, does it? I think the point is that by posting something you implicitly support it since you are helping to propagate it. And if you said something about thinking a photo glorifying the killing of Trump was problematic (whether it was left up or not), and then post one about killing Biden, it just comes across as hypocritical.

I'll take that criticism. It is hypocritical.

Despite that I pass most of these thru from elsewhere, you guys are correct that I am thereby endorsing it (passively, implicitly). While I often refrain that I merely pass these thru, for others to have a laugh or not without trying to impart my own view of it....that I post it does reflect on me. I suppose I'd defend myself saying if others feel the Trump image was appropriate and acceptable, I've adjusted my view that this would be appropriate and acceptable - whereas when I took offense to a bloody Trump head I wouldn't have posted either image. I've evolved. Perhaps not for the better. I blame CEPS and all of you for doing this to me, and for my tail....though, I do kinda like the tail.

I could totally see him being a member on this site lol. Like him posting away on a smartphone after taking a fat bellringer or something.

Thought occurred to me a bit later and I wanted to clarify some aspects of this.

Kathy Griffin with a severed Trump head was gross, not funny in the slightest, and I don't believe she intended it as humor given she has TDS.
The 'My Pillow' guy, while he seems willing to do anything for Trump, the image was not meant as a threat but (I believe) as a joke.

Maybe those statements are a reflection of my view on the politicians. That said, the main thing I wished to clarify was that while I found Griffin's attempt to be offensive, in no way have I ever wished ill upon Biden. I hope he serves out his entire term healthy. I'd much prefer that over Kamala ever getting into the White House. So, given who is next in line, I'd be willing to take a bullet for Biden. I'm not sure I would have for Trump.

I read "The Grisleycrumb Tinies" as a young, and that is probably why I now haunt this forum. (also Edward Gorey is one of the few role model asexuals i know of).
