So, I had taken about 200mg of 5-MAPB and 240mg of 3-FPM over 12 hours, and after about 9 hours after last dose of 5-MAPB and 6 hours after last dose of 3-FPM (20mg being my last dose of each), I took 200mg of 5-HTP, my first time taking it, in order to try to start the process of regaining serotonin and to allow myself to sleep, although at that point I was very tired nonetheless. After about 30 minutes, I felt like I was coming back up on the 5-MAPB strangely, but the effects got more and more intense then they were on the 5-MAPB alone, so I thought I would just try to sleep, so I set up my alarm and got into bed. At this point, I starting getting CEV that I would personally call more dissociative than psychedelic, and I remember my heart beat racing, and even experiencing tachycardia. Twitching all throughout my body didn't allow me to get any sleep I am pretty sure, but I also remember that time would sort of lapse, like, I would look at my alarm, close my eyes for what seemed like 5 minutes, and open them again to experience it actually was 30 minutes. After the effects started to calm down, about 1.5-2 hours later, I finally got up and decided to try to browse the internet, but it was very hard, as I couldn't comprehend anything that took more than a second to understand, and I would pretty much immediately forget about it, also. So, I went and tried to talk to somebody, but it took me about 30 seconds to even find the words to tell them that I took the 5-HTP in the first place. I went into the bathroom and noticed my pupils were larger than they have ever been in my life, also. So, I just waited about 2 more hours trying to watch tv until I came down enough to actually sleep.
Should I avoid 5-HTP in the future? I gotta say, its giving me incredibly in depth dreams that feel more like a transportation to another reality than actually sleeping.
