This isn't quite worthy of a Nobel prize, but he's "changed" something...
I was waiting for one of the die hard Obama messiah followers to post it but they haven't as yet or I missed it.

President Barack Obama officially lifted the U.S. HIV travel ban on November 2, 2009. President Obama announced it on October 30, 2009. The ban was 22 years old. AIDS activists acclaimed the move as a major achievement in the fight to remove the stigma against AIDS.

Answered my own question. At least Obama thinks he's doing good or he's trying, whereas the Bush's were up to skull-duggery from the beginning or since birth.

Easy for him to say, but in truth he purchased it to add to his presidential resume.
