I'm not sure how to operate COD for pc tbh, I've only ever played it on xbox and ps3...

For future references:

1: Open the RUN program (Press Windows Key + R)
2: In the RUN program, Type "cmd" without the quotes and press enter. This opens the Command Prompt
3: In Command Prompt type "dxdiag" without the quotes and press enter. This opens the directx diagnostic tool which tells you all the hardware you are using (processor, ram, video and sound cards).

There is even an option in the directx diagnostic tool to save the info as a text file if can't figure out what you have you can pm me the text file i can tell you.
