WTF are you taking about? they do mean something, 2c is the abreviation for the base, and the attachments mean substitutions, the bromo is at four, hence 2c-b, was that really all that hard? its 4-bromo-2,5-dimethoxyphenethylamine by the way, and its called bromo mescaline because it has a bromine where mesc doesnt, and its effects are somewhat alike, its not the same substitution as mescaline which is (3,4,5 trimethoxyphenethylamine).
The names are for the structures, 2c-t-7 refers to the 2c base and then the (T)hio (sulfer) atom on the 4 position, in this case its got (7) atoms of hydrogen attached to the carbon chain on the end of this sulfer atom.
2C-T-7
Now Euphoria, or ICE, is the name for 4-methyl-aminorex, a stimulant with a somewhat nicer appeal than others since its apparently a nootropic or something ( one of the drugs that are supposed to make you a slight bit smarter for whatever reason)

~The Recreational Pharmacist (Ketamike)
I have never belonged wholeheartedly to country or State, to my circle of friends or even to my own family...
Such isolation is sometimes bitter, but I do not regret being cut off from the understanding and sympathy of other men.
I lose something by it,to be sure, but I am compensated for it in being rendered independent of the customs,
opinions and prejudices of others, and am not tempted to rest my peace of mind upon such shifting foundations.
