Nexus (2CB) boffins your advice please.

This is for all the people who have made the step up the phenylethylamine series from MDMA to 2CB. What's peoples impression of the drug, please include visual info, body load and experience needed to feel comfortable with this substance. What do people recommend as a starting dose for a n00b? Adverse side effects and risks? And any contraindictions, i'm familiar with most of the obvious ones (erowid), but if anybody knows any obscure contraindictions then i'd be chuffed to know about these. Also if anybody knows if it synergises well with any other substance (MDMA i'm looking in your direction :) )?
 
Hi. I'm from the UK and recently came across a batch of pills being sold as MDMA which were actually 2CB. Its amazing stuff - i thought it was better than E in many respects, including how euphoric i got and the non existant comedown. The visuals were fun and manageable and yeas, it combines with MDMA extremely well.

Yeah 2cb as far as im concerned right now is better than mdma, last friday I did some mdma got bored and desperately got myself some 2cb to do because the mdma was boring.
2cb is amazing, I think the pills ive been doing with it in are approx 5-10mg and double dropping is nice, triple dropping however is better than anything ive ever done.
My trip report is about somewhere and I was going to write one for last friday but I cant remember much apart from laying in bed with snipers around me and bombs going off everywhere and all sorts of shit blowing up whilst feeling so fuckin good.
2CB is too good for words and makes a refreshing change.
 
It is virtualy impossible to get a hold of in Oz but should you happen to stumble across some it is well worth the effort. The feeling is emotionaly quite similar to MDMA but without the same "forced" emathy. The visuals are really smooth and fluid, more to do with movement and colour than actual halucinations. Some hearing and sight senses switching but only at higher doses.
Just be carefull as the active dose is much lower than for mdma. About 10-15mg oraly is advisible for a first try. Oh yeah and whatever you do DONT rail it; MAJOR OUCHIES.

2cb + MDMA = A damn good time (as allways be carefull with any substance mix)

It IS virtually impossible to get a hold of in Australia, dammit!
If you do manage to find some, MAKE SURE IT'S LEGIT, although I'm not exacly sure about testing procedures...
If it is really 2C-B, then buy ALL of it.
 
Thanx learned compadres, how does this sound 15mg 2CB ingested orally, then @ peak of 2CB effects, snort half a strong MDMA pill? Also it is possible that i have a CYP 2D6 enzyme defiency, i haven't been tested yet, how may this bode for taking 2CB? Oh yeah schizo, it sure is damn rare but then like anything else it's a case of who you know! Also, 2CB should produce a green reaction from the EZ tester, and i think 2-CT-7 should turn it pale yellow

In my experience, testing pure 2C-T-7 powder with an EZ-test produced an extremely weak reaction, turning the liquid a very pale yellow/green colour with slight salmon coloured tinges near larger lumps of the powder. Almost negligible reaction though, difficult colour change to see, even on a white porcelain tile under halogen lighting. 2C-B should be a stronger yellow-green colour change with a Marquis test, as far as I am aware.

I have just started to get into 2-cb in the last few months. I have only taken it three times but have thoroughly enjoyed each experience.
I dont know how accurate my source is but the first two trips were around 17mg and the last time was 25mg. There was certainly a big difference in the change in dosage! All three were in capsules.
Both trips on the lower dosage had mild colour trails, sound enhancement (dont know how else to put it) and strong empathy. Came on in about 15-30 mins. The second trip was coming off the peak of a pill. Seemed to complement each other very well.
The last trip, 25mg or so, was an amazing experience. Dropped just as I was coming off a clean MDMA pill. First signs were intense closed eye visuals with a pattern from my friendship band. Lead into some heavy open eye visualisations on surfaces such as ceilings and floors, mainly structured patterns. Dancing and watching others dance was just insane! Movement was fluid. Music (Nubreed live) was taken to another level. Lights and Lasers had long Peak expereince was watching sparkles come off my fingers like sparklers while standing in front of speakers with a feeling like some one had picked me up like a puppet from the base of the spine( a good experience).
Anyway wont crap on tooo much. Come down was painless. An Ecsher drawing looked pretty fucked up. Visuals slowly wore off after about 2.5hrs. Certainly can confirm the apparent labido effects (heard it was used as an impotence drug?). Girlfriend was very happy. Nodded off to sleep bout 4hrs after dropped...
My source seems to be able to get these caps fairly reliably. I've had all three trips about a month apart. Planning another trip this weekend [edited by Bahadur 13/05]

Id say try and start with 10-20mg.
Its hard to say how much ive been doing but I would say the pills I have been taking with it in have approx 5-10mg in them probably around 7 or 8mg and I have found that double dropping is quite nice but triple dropping which is getting on for 20mg + is where things start to melt and it gets intense.
I hope you like 2cb if you get the chance to try it as im sure you wont be disappointed.
My supply has run out now so no more for me until it crops up unexpectedely, I have found it to be quite addictive as its so good but I have also found that mdma since taking 2cb is not as good and when I tried taking mdma I got bored and wanted 2cb as it has an extra dimension to it which I love.
I seriously think 2cb might have cured my ecstasy habit.
 
Okay i'm back from the nexus and let me say GODDAMN! No wonder shuglin dumped ecstasy for bigger and better things. 2CB is a unique drug, basically uncomparable to anything else. I had 30mgs and it was the best drug experience of my life :) :) :) :) :) :) (sadly i'll never get it again- all eaten :( ) Enough reporting, i have some questions. 2CB unlike other drugs, i find, slows time till infinity and beyond. 5 minutes seemed like an eon, and every time i checked my watch fully expecting it to be 5.30 am, it turned out to be something like 10.15pm. Does anybody know of any physiological reason why? Also can anybody tell me 4-bromo-2,5-dimethoxyphenylethylamine method of action? I'd look it up but i don't have internet access at my house and i'm pretty malas (for everyone except BT that means lazy)
 
Given that two people here are saying that 2CB is virtually impossible to obtain in Oz, I'm just curious as to how all the others here come by their personal experience - here in Oz, or overseas?
If here in Oz, in what areas is it appearing - eg Sydney, Melbourne, Perth? Is it being sold as 2CB, or is it being sold as ecstasy and revealed to be 2CB on testing?
I'm wondering if this is going to be the next party drug to take off in Australia...
 
I'd like to think that it's sold in capsules, in well measured doses, as 2C-B, by people who know exactly what it is and what it does, and are prepared to explain the necessary precautions to whomever buys it from them.

I don't think that 2CB could ever take off as aus. next party drug as first of all the raw materials like ecstasy are very difficult to obtain, as opposed to the materials to synth. methamphetamine. Also apparently as Shuglin says in PiHKAL, the isolation of the molecule is rather difficult. Then there are problems with dosage, 30mgs will produce a certain trip whereas 33mg will produce a trip of an entirely different nature. It be grand if 2CB became widely accessable in aus, but prolly not! America and Russia are the place to be if you want 2CB.

Mine came in pills sold as ecstasy which tested with the marquis reagent for 2cb.
After taking these on a few occasions and discussing them with everyone else who was knowledgable and had taken them we came to the conclusion they were around 7-8mg although the degree of accuracy was probably 2mg, also I am unsure if they all had the same amount in as some people experienced less than others.
I found 3 of these in a drop to be amazing and incredibly intense, I would say from reading somewhere around 25mg so I definately estimate maybe 7-8mg in each.
Theyve gone now, but my month or so with 2cb was amazing and it is by far superior to any of the 15 or so drugs I have tried.
