Nice work there from Paul Dillon. He basically says exactly what I have suspected for some time - that drink spiking probably isn't on the increase, just that awareness of it is, leading to increased reporting of "suspected" incidents that are in fact most likely alcohol related. I am really pleased someone is speaking about this, as otherwise I sense hysteria may prevail on this topic.
