New UK drug driving laws now active. Similar to those in AUS. please help me

We use the same swabs as the cops at my work and i can smoke the night before say untill 8:30pm and be tested 9:00am and i will test clean. I dont smoke a whole lot though so that may impact the results.

I am just waiting for someone doesn’t work. My cousin who works with a DUI attorney Los Angeles told me that cops there are smart enough that they realize who is trying to take them for a ride. I think same for here too. What’s your say?

I reckon if the guy in the video could stand up for himself in court he would make a sterling argument. Irrefutable.
