I have tripped on LSD 5 times now (last time was 2 weeks ago) and recently I have noticed that I am acting differently. Can anyone tell me what some of the long-term effects of LSD are?
Recently I have had really bad paranoia, I have been more "spacey," and I am fairly anxious but I always have been. The paranoia is what is getting to me the most. I am always thinking someone is watching what I'm doing, when I drive anywhere I always thing about what the drivers in front or behind me could do that could hurt me and just things like this.
I have always had anxiety, depression and really bad ADD. So if anyone has anything that could help me out that would be awesome. Thanks

I don't think there are long term effects of abusing lsd. I have however been really burnt out from it the same way you describe. It will go away with time, but only if you stop using drugs and start exorcising and eating healthy. It took me a good year to really start feeling back to my normal self.

there can be long term affects from using lsd and im sorry alantis but even just getting a little burnt can last a very long time or even the rest of your life. If you have a predisposition towards anxiety or mental health issues using acid on a regular basis isnt a good idea, ive seen several friends one in particular who seem stuck forever.

Yeah I have one friend who had tripped over 40 times and another friend who does several times a week. So I can easily see how they don't act the same as before. I've noticed it's hard to argue about LSD with people who trip a lot because they think everything they are saying is correct but that's a conversation for later lol
But for me I don't think it's anything that anyone else is noticing, just me. My brain is always overactive and I put so much thought into things that don't even matter. I just need a break for a while. or for good. who knows

Psychedelics can offer a different perspective from our day to day experience. Not inherently harmful/beneficial, they are what we make of them in my opinion. If you feel that they are creating more problems for your mental health then staying away is the probably the safest bet. No such thing as an LSD deficiency, to my knowledge.

Yea LSD can be fun and is a lot of fun but you have to be careful of this drug. It has a lot of mental properties and can bring out illnesses that you may already be inclined to. I have done it quite a few times and already know not to do it so much. Once or twice a year is a good amount to do it. This drug can give you crazy personality changes and i've seen friends who aren't even the slightest bit of the same because of it. They are weirded out individuals for sure. From using i've experienced numbness, hppd, inability to express myself the right way and mad anxiety. Best beleive it goes away tho in time you just have to stop. The hppd tho is really annoying as it makes me feel wierd as hell sometimes, especially in public places.

one or two weeks after the experience you can still feel L a little. it definitely has a long afterglow. For me, it's great, i feel like i have "what a wonderful world" playing like my life's soundtrack after a good experience.. And after a bad one,, well, pretty much what you say.. but it'll wear off..
