Need advice please!! Possible relapse.

My girlfriend and I have been together for a while now. She is a recovering heroin addict and has been clean for a while, but I believe she relapsed. How do I go about asking her to take a at home drug test without offending her or damaging our relationship?
Any advice is appreciated.

Hmm imo, it is better to talk with her and be honest about how you feel. If she is mature enough, she will understand that you care for her that's why you wanted her to take the drug test. I hope everything goes well. Others may not agree with my advice but for me it is better to be upfront abou it.
