Shit sucks ass now, but it will get better later on down the road. It's a good feeling not to be a slave anymore.

Just think of it this way (it's what has worked for me)- as much as WD's suck, just imagine you're really sick not because of dope, I mean shit, what if you had a really bad flu or something there's no magical bag you can smoke to make that go away. Kicking CT is the worst, but you can do it (I prefer that way anyway even being the worst, it's also the quickest not getting mixed up with some other bullshit that will just prolong it). Ride it out and feel horrendous for a few days, the longer you wait it out the closer you get to getting past it. Just think, every day is a step towards not needing to ever have to feel like this again.

If you cave and go cop, you're gonna fuck it all up and be right back where you were and these last few days would have been a waste.

Haha snowing hey? It's spring here though it's only 10 degree's celcius so 50 degrees Farenheit today. Hrmmm I woke up at like 3:30am and booted a speedball. What a way to start early early sunday morning

sucks that the gsp fight got cancelled but it should be ok i guess..bj penn always puts on a decent show along with diaz, so that should be a good fight and i really wanna see matt mitrione ve cheik congo that should be decent
 
i kind of wanted to cry when i heard GSP was out on an injury..

i just think it's hilarious that after dana demoted diaz to co-main for his antics he still ends up in the main event slot. so incredibly curious to see how he fairs with the big dogs.

and goddamn were palaszewski and cerrone amazing
