Nardil (phenelzine), MAOIs and alpha-MT

Hi, I'm on Nardil and I've read a few things about how combining this and other MAOIs with aMT might be a bad idea. I've had no problem so far with 4Aco-DMT and MXE, and I was just wondering about the supposed danger I've heard about combining aMT with Nardil or other MAOIs.
Is there a specific danger with combining MAOIs with other MAOIs? I understand the danger of combining MAOIs with SSRIs and even SDRIs/SNRIs, and even SRAs/NRAs and DRAs. But why should I be wary of combining aMT with Nardil? Is this just an uninformed "urban myth warning" with no basis in reality?

But, sweet Jesus aMT is a 5HT releaser so it's going to cause a instant hypertensive crisis and serotonin syndrome. You'd probably die.

Because AMT is a pretty strong SNDRA. Releases all 3 monoamines, plus blocks uptake, plus it's directly active at 5-HT receptors. It's not because it's a MAOI, aMT is a fairly weak one compared to phenelzine.
