Opioids Naltrexone? What should I do with it?

Man it it sounds like someone is trying to play a cruel joke on the OP.
 
This thread needs to be closed now.

Naltrexone is not going ro substitute for opioids in the same way that Suboxone or methadone will. Sorry, it just won't.
