Hello Bluelight!
Thanks for great site.

In mid-August, I decided to try Ecstasy & Coke on vacation.
Not on the same evening. Spread over a week drug use.
3 times high. Foolish to try untested. But it gave good effect on the way I expected. Really good night. Love and Euphoria. Pink-Pill small. No redose. Just (1) pill.
Here's my story.

I feel almost completely restored in the current situation. However.
The first 1.5 months I ate sleeping pills (Imovane) Now I eat no medication.
Had panic attacks first month. Feeling bad. Now I'm happier and think it will be better. Receiving an SSRI by the doctor but choose to abstain and see if I can manage without medication.

Before, I never had trouble sleeping. Could sleep anywhere and almost fell asleep very quickly when I am tired. I can sleep but I never feel any drowsiness as before. That feeling just to toss in bed about to fall asleep right away. Hunger feelings are unstable, but they sometimes exist.
Anyone else experienced the same?

If we compare the first week and now it's a big difference. But what I'm concerned about is sleep problems. Would be interesting to hear other stories about this.

Thank you and have a great evening!

In first 2 weeks I had vivid dreams,I was sleeping 4hours with 1-2 wake ups
I have seen many nightmares
I remember when a dream starts I was wake up
At evening I had also that problem, when the dream start I suddenly wake up

I can tell that my sleep improved after 3 weeks, even if I wake up at night I manage to sleep again so I can tell that I was sleeping 7 hours with some breaks
Vivid dreams not exist just normal dreams
Some days I manage to sleep 10 hours
I can tell that I have up and downs to my sleep, some nights I'm ok but some I wake up at middle of the night but I sleep again

There are definitely connections between sleep problems and MDMA use, there is also a correlation between MDMA use and sleep apnea - which involves a throat collapse / stopping breathing during REM sleep/dream sleep. When you stop breathing as you go into dream sleep your body wakes you up a bit to grab a breath. This is called obstructive sleep apnea, and is more common in people who snore. MDMA use might make this worse so it could be worth looking into having a sleep study done if the sleep problems don't go away or if you snore. It is also fairly common in skinny people, you don't have to be overweight to have it.

The main problem with sleep is usually not being able to shut the mind and thoughts off, for this I recommend meditating on the breath :) regardless, meditation and cardio exercise will help your sleep and health in the end. Best of luck, any questions are welcome.
