The amazing new trick of the month...the elevator. WOW!!! I did two total that night...and BOOM. Ok...my friend Jennie-Mae taught it to me early saturday night and I passed out during that one (as my friend Rich describes it, the two of you stood up and you fell down.)
It was SUCH a bizarre experience...both spooky and cool. I'd recommend doing it only every now and then...and also make sure someone STRONG can catch you....hehehehhe.
I learned a very important lesson this weekend...you can only care about people to a certain point. Regardless of how well you know them...friends should remain honest with one another. There were several events at Tripnosis that happened early in the evening that resulted in some bad moments. It's my wish that ANYONE who decides to use drugs to expand/enlighten their party experience...will make INFORMED choices and KNOW your limits. I don't mind trying to help people through bad trips/experiences, but I also learned that after some point...you really have to give up trying.

Now...ending on a good note, the Goa room was INCREDIBLE!!!!!!! I had SUCH a great time. I've always loved Goa...but after my trip kicked in...I saw a new side to this music (in a real room too...not just stereo) that is undescribable. I definitely had my first "REAL" trip on acid this weekend. It was beautiful BEYOND WORDS. I finally had visuals that were incredible. The colors on the walls/posters moved/breathed/pulsated SOOOOO cool. Tracers and skidding motions...YUP!
The music became a living entity that just communicated with me all night long. Never have I been so engrossed by the groove. I am still new to acid and learning about it slowly...but I can say that it is VERY beautiful and spiritual indeed. I might just be one of the "nutty weird deep people" but I can honestly say that A took me to such a beautiful space both in mind and body that E can never compare. I just wish I knew the actual amounts of hits I took.
After the bad moments downstairs in the main room...my roll (which had just kicked in) had all but went away. So when I went upstairs I started looking for acid. Got a sugar cube off a friend...but he wasn't sure if they had any hits in them or not. After an hour, nothing happened. So I looked around again...found a cute dude selling some geltabs...again, an hour later...I wasn't feeling anything from it but a friend of mine whom I bought a geltab for was tripping. So...I just figured the E that was left in me was messing with the A. No prob...I was having SUCH a good vibe from the music/crowd I didn't mind. Plus the "frequent" passing of balloons made for some good moments.
Finally at 5:00am I found a dude with liquid acid. I took one drop and a lick. I later learned that two more friends in my group also got hits from him. All I can say is WOW!!!! According to my one buddy Scott, who's a veteran tripper, one drop of the liquid was as strong as at least five hits. He bought two drops and a lick and he said it was better than a ten-strip.
Simply beautiful and incredible...
