I used to be in pain, on the toilet, missing class. Once I started down the road of no return, the constipating effects have cured my IBS. Even when I'm sick I experience no GI problems, after 5 years of use I think my gut is normal

I take good poops in the midst of acute w/d
whereas i use to spray the toilet after a bannana
