MMT side effect question

First the positive. I am on day 5 CT off of opiates. Starting to feel a lot better even with the lack of sleep.

Now to my question. My SO has been on MMT 140mg for for approximately 3 years. Consistently as in every day for over a year. After that long does methadone still cause the pin point pupils? Of course I am asking because I am suspicious of them still continuing to use on top of the methadone. I guess I can also add they dose in the morning and the pin point pupils are a good 12 to 13 hours after dosing.

One more question regarding MMT side effects. Did it make anyone super tired? Like sleeping all the time. I'm not talking a good 8 to 12 hours at night. I'm talking like all you did was sleep when you were home? I know sleeping like that could be a symptom of over medicating but after being on the same dose daily for over a year, I don't think it is over medicating with the methadone.
 
The pinned pupils are normal, done made wvery1 I knew who took it have that all day, even if there dose was just 60mg. And as the sleeping all day, just sounds like there on too high of a dose. Methadone can make tired, especially on higher doses like 140mg. It's not a fun tired, just TIRED. He may want to reduce the dose and that will get rid of that side effects,pinned pupils are there to stay though.
