My dad was not a member of Bluelight, but I just wanted to make a post to honor his memory. He got a blood infection (Sepsis) and died on May 7th, 2013 just over a year ago. My dad and I were best friends, miss him ssssssoooooooooooo much!!!!8(

I'm sorry to hear. I lost my father at a young age, for both him and I. He died too early and there were still plenty of good years I wanted to spend with him and receive his feedback on things in life. I lost him 4 years ago almost and I'm not sure grieving gets any easier. Just remember the good times mostly.

There is a thread here that you may want to post in whenever you are thinking of him and feel like sharing those feelings. Writing can really help.

As a parent, I can say that there is no greater gift in this life than to be considered a friend by our children when they are grown. Your Dad, though taken from your life too soon, was a blessed man.

Sorry to hear about your dad, even though my father was an abusive drunk fuck I still miss him to this day and like Lackey I lost him at the age of 14..:: he died right before my BD,.... At least he left me a ton of drugs....
