Yup, even extreme doses of mephedrone wouldn't cause all those symptoms listed by the op. My experience has taught me that drug induced anxiety can lead to very irrational thinking. In fact, I'd be surprised if there was one person on here who has never believed he might be on the brink of death as a result of drug use. Usually these irrational beliefs subside once the drugs have worn off. If they persist after the fact, then you might have some underlying problems. Moreover, it's highly recommended that you don't use drugs again and remind yourself that these so-called symptoms are based in your psyche and there's no physical basis.
