MDMA treatment for tinnitus

Hi,

I have been suffering from noise induced tinnitus for 3 years now. I just found an article that claims MDMA brings long lasting improvement in tinnitus in a similar fashion like MDMA can improve PTSD.

So does anybody have experience with MDMA and tinnitus and did it help?

Sad that they didn't approve neramexane for tinnitus (even when the studies weren't as promising as expected, I believe there's much potential in NMDA antagonists and having one more to choose would be great- today we only have memantine, ketamine and dextromethorphan- the latter is notorious for inducing tinnitus unfortunately).

But about MDMA - well, just try it if you're seriously interested think it can't do too much harm if it shouldn't help.
