^Thanks for the update. I am glad that you are seeing such improvement. For the depression and anxiety have you ever tried simple breathing exercises like mindfulness meditation? It can be very powerful medicine to detach from your thoughts enough to watch them like an observer. When an anxious or negative thought comes into your mind, you can observe it, learn something about yourself, and let it go. It takes practice but for me at least, nothing has been more effective against anxiety.
