MDMA Powder - Difference to Pills?

Aside from the obvious (yeah, ones a powder - duh!

), what are the main differences between MDMA powder, and a good MDMA pill? I'm talking about user reports here - I've looked up the technical details already.
What I've heard is that it's more loved up, and you don't really rush as much... but I really don't know since I've never done powder. I was just after descriptions of the different feelings from people who've tried both...

put it this way ..
i had my first cap last august AND I HAVENT HAD A PILL SINCE.
thats not to say they are 'better' though ..
its a tough question to answer -
one thing to consider is that pills will have some binder in them, whereas caps wouldnt.. though both pills and caps can have impurities, you know, other substances mixed in ..
from my own experience, i can say that caps can be unbelievably good ! argh ! just thinking about some occasions makes me shake !
but really, if you get your hands on relatively clean mdma pills or caps, that test straight from purple to black .. you're lucky .. and have fun!
and worry more about other factors that affect how the experience turns out ..

Ok, so what's the difference? Well could you tell that I was bulk chopped? If you could you're pretty damn observant.
For me, powder is much cleaner in that you get the huge loved up feelings, but with a significantly lesser degree of the usual "rolling hard" side effects, my eyes don't roll back in my head as much, my jaw doesn't clench as tightly, I don't feel so rooted to the floor... And there's a floaty feeling that I only rarely get from pills (mmm green smilie mmm

But in amoungst all that is the unmistakable feeling of experiencing the drug's namesake, exstasy!

Good pills can be just as good, but they're harder to come by these days... not that powder is all that easy to get either tho...
 
I agree that I feel more loved up on Powder and since taking my first MDMA cap I don't want pills N E more. I think powder is cleaner and just a lot better than any pill I have had. I also find that I am a lot more floaty on powder and everything feels so much better to touch!

Like Mikey said, pills have impurities in them. Caps or powder are definetly cleaner and more loved up. At times, they are so clean that you will think that you do not feel anything. It feels like an armour of goodness to me. Do not expect it to hit you like a ton of bricks coz it doesn't, It simply makes you feel really really good and happy. Nice smooth clean body rushes and good comedowns.

Bear in mind that if you get mdma powder, you're not guaranteed pure mdma. Just because it's called pure doesn't mean that it is, it goes through any number of hands just as pills do, and could have anything added or removed...
I've never had that happen to me, and havn't heard of it happen to other people, but it is possible... So don't just go and blindly grab the first powder you can find thinking it's gonna be awesome...
Test it, and you should get the best reaction you've ever seen, then you can start thinking it'll be good, but you won't really know till you take it...

OK here's my negative user report for powder.
I found it too strong. I got nausea and was totally unable to do anything except stand there with a dopey look on my face.
And yes before anyone asks this was tested MDMA powder - I had broken a cap down and only had half of it and it was still too much. I have had these described effects from pills (I can never dance on e) as my tolerance is pretty low but these effects magnified were a tad overpowering.
It was good as far as no comedown to speak of but I was pretty much incapacitated apart from sitting, talking and hugging though the nausea was too overpowering for me to be really loved up.
A word to the wise make sure you eat a good dinner before having powder and take it soon after eating - I find I have to do this with pills too or I get nasty little rushes and stuff but those magnified by using powder are not nice

Don't get me wrong, I'll try powder again but I'll be more careful about using it.
 
What is the difference between powder and a good quality pill not much besides you are able to control you dosage. For me I have had very good quality powder on many occasions, it is allways very clean no comedown, textbook mdma side affects, I find you can still roll as hard you just have to increase the dosage, about about have about 2 points, 1 snorted 1 ingested, I was completley floored for 1/2 a hour just seeing red and having the most ridiculous body rushes ever. Wheras pills you will have them cut with other chemicals to make the peak hit hard, ie 2cb, 2ct7, cocaine, benzodiazapienes. But overall the powder is just alot cleaner than pills

umm just interested if the diff between railing and popping caps is as big as pills? i know pills is about a 20-30% difference when you rail it, comes on quicker, peaks harder, and leaves a bit earlier. is this true for caps as well?? i have only ever eaten caps but would be interested to know if its worht a drip or not.
and no one suggest plugging damnit!!

Amm ergh, moment of scatterdness passing, well what is the different between railing a cap compared to a pill it all really depends what you have in the cap, as caps can be easily made and filled with different substances, but say if you have a mdma powder cap which is really fun to snort you are like for about a 5 minute come on then about 1/2 a hour until you are peaking hard. THe peak lasts about 1/2 to 1 1/2 hours shorted depending on your tolerance and you dosage.

i love powder! comes on faster than pills, gives a nice clean ride, very little come down, and can be cheaper than pills.
only disavantage is that it userly dosnt last that long, and its really scarey caping up the stuff (dont snezz)
 
I have never purchased caps, but if I was going to buy a large amount I would just puncture a small hole in the cap or pull the cap apart, and test. Rule of thumb don't buy caps unless you know the person who made them and they are tested. Purely because you can so easily substitute other ingredients into the pill and there is no tell tail sign of them being tampered unlike pills.... to a extent

Lately weve had some blue/white caps containing MDMA crystals (about 1/3 to 1/2 full) and let me tell you - nothing comes close. These are fucking strong... been snorting 1/2 and dropping 1/2, and its damn intense.
On the other hand, also got some crap ones awhile ago. They screwed us up pretty bad.
A small note from personal experience... a cap of pure MDMA will never be more than 1/2 full. If its full, there is all sorts of crap in it. (And maybe if its 1/2 full:P)
