So my computer got the infamous BSOD and now I need to fix it. I had a bootable windows 7 usb stick before that I used to install windows on my computer but I can't seem to find it. I need to make another one. I'm currently using my old computer which has windows XP on it. I'm installing the 64 bit version on the usb stick but apparently you need the 32 bit version of bootsect.exe to make it bootable. Does anyone know where I can get it besides the microsoft website? I can't seem to find it anywhere. Or if any of you have it, would you mind sending me a copy?

so what you just want to put an iso on a usb and make it bootable?

I'll be honest with you i've done this before but can't remember at all what I did

try UNetbootin I'm looking at that right now and it looks like if you get the iso it'll put it on the usb drive and make it immediately bootable with bootsect and all that shit

I tried it but it didn't work. The program I've been using "Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool", creates a bootable USB as well but it said I needed "bootsect.exe" 32 bit version in order for it to be able to make the usb stick bootable.
