So its been 2 months since ive tripped, i handled the trip, and i dont have the words to explain, but i found myself back during this trip, but since then, every time of my life, either one or another nostril is blocked, no deviated septum, my doctor found no inflammation in my nose neither cristallized mucus.
Also i feel like the LSD is hosting me, this is nit a idea or obsession materializing itself, im a really aware person, and i feel a subtle change since then, like the ergot is feeding on me, on my minerals, i follow a healthy and balanced diet since years, but i never felt weaker since this particular moment (i do calisthenics) it feel like i dont absorb the entirety of what i eat

Btw i been throught multiples candida and parasites detox that been a success.

It truly feel like a parasite (ergot) took me as an host

You could just be hyperfixating and stuck in a hyperfixation state of mind..I wouldn't worry too much but if it keeps happening as you say for more than a few days or a couple of weeks, maybe look into it more. Just try not to feed it or give it any real energy. Some weird things have happened to people post-trip. I'm sure you'll be fine. Keep us updated though

That sounds like a case of psychedelic modulating your default mode network and changing default tone of emotionally associated facial muscles. Somehow you got "caught in between" in a process of change that dislodged you from some convenient but limiting inertia (if that makes sense). I may be totally wrong of course.

Hyperfixating on those things can be really bothersome. I don't know if your solution would be to trip more or give it a rest. If you have other potential life and self esteem improvements, those would probably be a good priority. It could be things that affirm love or things that challenge your capabilities or both.

I've had similar processes take years. Not really that strange if one considers all the people and their many life outcome variations. Psychedelics can be tools to get more in tune with the subtle monumental changes, even to master them or at least cooperate with them.

The idea that LSD developed a chronic parasitic relationship with your body seems metaphorical at best. I would advise against worrying about that since it's not only unrealistic but also psychologically detrimental in that it enforces an external locus of control i e learned helplessness.

I hope you get something from that. Anyway good luck.
