I have bipolar type 1. I take a small pharmacy of drugs for it, to include an antipsychotic, Latuda, a mood stablizer, Lamictal, and the antidepressants Wellbutrin and Trintellix. When I was much younger, before all of these medications, I had some great experiences with LSD. In the last year or so, I've tried it a few times and only had a body high, and that was on various doses. I'm not going to stop taking my medications to have a better trip because I like having a stable life, but I'm curious which ones are suppressing my experiences?

I was forced on antipsychotic injections, very high doses of up to 662mg of abilify in one shot, as well as invega sustenna.

The antipsychotics will cancel out your trip or mute the effects for about five half lives. So yes, you only get the "body high", which is really mostly vasoconstriction.

The biggest culprit to hampering your trip are the antipsychotics, Latuda in your case.
