LSD and relationships.

LSD has always given me the clearest and most concrete lessons of any psychedelic.

The lessons don't have squat to do with the universe, philosophy, or spiritually though.

What it essentially does is let me see really clearly the dynamic at play in relationships in my life.

This is especially true when the person I'm thinking about is present while I'm tripping.

But it's also true when I'm tripping alone and just thinking about the person in the abstract, though to a lesser extent.

Basically it just lets me gauge really quickly what effect the person has on me, what effect I have on them, and whether the dynamic at play is basically healthy or unhealthy.

The insights I get from this are really quite useful, and when I recall them later in a state of sobriety, I'm left thinking "yeah, that was probably true."

Like, say, if there was someone I just got a weird ambiguous vibe off of, doing acid in their presence would let me figure out precisely what was going on.

I've always really liked this about acid.

Anybody else get this effect?

LSD breaks down barriers of thinking. But after you tear the artificial walls down what is left is not necessarily insight and truth and wisdom and ESP and so on. Your perceptions while intoxicated may or may not be accurate. Believing the things you thought and felt while tripping can lead to delusion. My suggestion is to plan your trips with your significant other to deepen your emotional and physical love for each other by having a plain old good time enjoying each other while high. But beware of ideas you get while tripping and taking them seriously.

This is nice advice given by you and what else can we do.

I'm not sure the perceptions have to be accurate when you're sober tho, the trip is one thing, what you do with it afterwards is what you do with it afterwards. The two can be quite seperate.
