So heres the deal i only started smoking heavily the start of this year which was about twice a day everyday. I stopped this after about 2 months tho due to school and smoked every weekend .. both nights. For the past 3 months or so I have only smoked every 3 weeks or so.
BUT recently it just hasn't felt the same actually it hasnt for a while .. it doesnt have that sort of WOW factor anymore it just makes me feel run down and i smoke some really god buds too ... maby its because iv done other heavier things like acid, mdma etc so it dont feel as intense i dunno
my question is has this happened to you guys? if so what do you to enhance the high? combine drugs or just different activities?

also second question im not trying to lose weight but trying to keep it down and munchies doesnt help with this ... is there any way to reduce the munchies?

thanks heeps

This happens to everyone after extended use of Cannabis. There is really nothing you can do to get the "magic" back other than taking a break.

Some things to try while high I found helps are...

- Doing new stuff. I typically get in a rut when I smoke with friends, we do the same things, it just gets boring. So try getting out and doing something new when puffing. New experiences always bring excitement.

- Play into the high. When you are stoned, I love music, lava lamps, blacklights, the whole she bang. Maybe set yourself a little stoner section in your room to play into the whole experience. It might not get the magic "back", but it sure makes it more enjoyable.

With reducing munchies there is really nothing you can do other than waiting it out or drinking/eating before you get high. That normally keeps my stomach from rumbling and me making a bad mistake in food choices.

Maybe try figuring your diet around smoking? If you know you are going to get the munchies, plan ahead.

^ great advice. i'll second it and the following ideas:

-take a year long break
-alternate smoking methods
-never smoke every day
-meditate when youre high, meditate on the high
-always get high in a different place
-listen to good music

basically, never expect the marijuana to do all the work for you. if you want to get the most out of it, you need to contribute to the experience yourself. you can do this in the ways listed above. learning how to properly meditate on the high or meditating on the right music when youre high can enhance the experience many times.
