According to Law Weed is illegal to grow, though some places tolerate it.
Hemp on the other hand, only needs a certificate 100% authentic Hemp.
CBD/ max 0.3 THC, one rule:

You have to give sent a notice to the landlord, municipality,
and maybe the cops too. Notice has nothing to do with asking permission,
its just obligated by Law you do. As it looks like Weed.

Last year, all 3 said no to my notice, which is technically is absurd.
Though the Cop said i allowed to grow 5 illegal weed plants.
That would get me evicted, i answered.
And he replied weird island politics a bridge away, and hung up.

So would you: do it or not ? Knowing the Law backing you.
Not the Landlord, Municipality and local Cops for sure also not.

Just provocation, whatever might happen technically will end for a Judge.

You'd think such madness got relentlessly denounced by the Bloc Pot, instead its founder was sitting aside a "cool" abstentionnist/prohibitionnist do¢tor at TLMEP of the national french-speaking TV, and the crunchy detail about it was that they recorded this TV show just the next after the "4-20" of 2016 while Justin Trudeau had a selfie session in boxer shorts & gloves at the Gleason’s Gym of Brooklyn/N.Y. - celebrating his "victory" at the UNGA$$ onusian event after he sent Hilary Geller (of the previous Harper government...) as emissary to the UN for the preparations! Then the rest of it felt the same, starting with nomination of ex-cop Bill "G20" Blair as leader of the « Task Force » in charge of his "légaleezation". etc., etc. Now ask me if i liked it, not to mention the resulting outcomes which were (al)most predictable.

I do hear you though lol at a federal rest stop in montana I believe I pointed out to them they have a ton of hemp/weed growing right on the path they sent me down. Lol they examined it and said "Yea that sure is hemp alright" --- Ok I just dont want noone to get in trouble over this being federal property i thought i should tell you quietly before leaving.

I agree it seems a strange hill to die on unless you are making some serious quantities of hemp?

probably can just buy some from a vendor for a lot cheaper... i see reviews of people buying ounces and QP's of cbd flower on you tube... then i don't know where you are, but the thc-a stuff is getting to be a lot cheaper from headshops and online vendors. some of that is considered hemp, but some of it i think is more potent... i don't know the specifics of hemp, cbd, and thc-a of where it's legal and everything, but i'd just think you could probably buy some for the same price it would cost to grow it and it's not worth it to challenge landlords/cops or whatever.

I can plug in some details but am not sure on legality. THC-A is a non psychoactive (precursor? prodrug?) at any rate when heated in converts directly into ol fashion THC. However due to it having a higher molar mass you will end up with 87% purity (or yield) however you wanna look at it.

I am in MI and right now .5 rosin carts are 2/22 so I have not done it personally but if I lived in an unfriendly state I would sure be looking into the legality alot harder.

The goal was detoxification of the soil that imo is polluted with PAHs.
A fire not too long ago killed a 6 1/2 year old in-perfect shape Grape.
2 Berry plant s and almost my thornless evergreen Black-Berry.

It grows about 30 km s from here, and a lot is grown in Friesland.
A Province up North, kinda Hemp started there as crop.

Making clothes but also floor filling for those keeping Rodent s.
And it s used as feed-stock and for the fiber, so its probably growing.
All over in the Netherlands.

We talking about a 7 x 5 meter area, and most is 'still' stoned.
Maybe 3 x 5 max, 15 square meter ? Whiny whimp s right.
And seed s seem als playing hard to get, though a Head-shop.
