Misc Kratom use need help also need some help with Kanna( sceletium tortousum)

I know the feeling I have relapsed many times, but kratom seems to be keeping me from goin back to heroin so far so good. Phenibut works almost as well as benzos IMO just without the intoxication and blackouts.
