do any of you get this? people talking to you thinking they know all about drugs because they have sniffed a bit of 5% coke and smoked weed? thing is it really royals FUCKS ME OFF when people chat shit... banging on about what they think they know.. "ah the coke i get is pure 100%, you can tell because it looks just like creatine" etc etc
its people like this that cause harm to others with mis-information, i take pride in the fact that everything iv ever touched iv researched extensivly prior and make a concious decision about it myself, fucking scare tactics used by the government in adverts and magazines, wrong information, and the media have caused this common misperception which has resulted in people spreading rumours about drugs..

Iv heard the same story from so many 'badmen' that have told me when they had acid, they thought they were an orange and tried to peel themselves,
or they saw pink elephants.
or if you have LSD or mushrooms you think you can fly so you jump off a roof and die....

People who say there coke is 80% pure cos they get .8 from a gram when they cook it up - FAIL!

I get annoyed when folk thing MDMA is a dangerous drug. - its not really compared to 100's of OTC meds.

The best bit of failed anti-drug propoganda was issued in the USA about 10 years ago (or more?). They claimed that MDMA caused holes in your brain like swiss cheese. This was subsequently dis-proven and was quietly brushed under the carpet.

Have had two people tell me in the past week that if you take acid more than 3 times, you become clinically insane. One of the people telling me this calls me a crack head for doing drugs like acid, whilist she gets through grams and grams of mephedrone every weekend without fail. Fucking cheeseburgers.
 
this is the sort of ill-informed person that got drawn into the meph scene. now they are illegal drig takers like the rest of us better informed bluelighters.

I know many folks like this. And the sad thing is couldn't we just see it coming?

Also them chocolate bars that tear down the street after a slice of your trippy ass are rife round my neck of the woods, I have one friend in particular who tells the story at least 3 times a year, yawn, the sad thing is I let him, Ive never had no freaking co co chase me!
 
I've seen people handle blotters like they were liquid nitrogen because they thought the acid was going to seep out of the paper within the space of minutes. 8)

Fuck, I nearly killed them. Stupidity like that deserves it.

as someone else said, these mars bars are out of control! chasing poor people tripping like CrAzY!! a lad i knew suffered at the hands of one such mars bar! they need stopping! :/ or these people just need a good fucking slap ;)
 
On the B.S. stories note:

I have a few stories that I won't even tell most people because they are so ridiculous that I don't think anyone would ever believe them. I know if I heard someone else tell me the same story, I would call bullshit.


On the 100% pure cocaine note:

I don't even think the people that are making the cocaine have the ability to produce 100% pure cocaine. IMHO

this might sound bad, but i gave up trying to educate people in real life a long time ago.

people who are already into drugs think they know it all, and don't appreciate being corrected.

people who are not into drugs and are commenting on the latest load of nonsense in the papers wonder why you know so much about the subject. :|

i really don't have the energy to explain the differences between MDMA and piperazines to yet another know it all idiot.

Just about every myth about Drug X staying in your spinal fluid/draining your spinal fluid/something else obviously misinformed about spinal fluid

and then of course the whole "coke based ecstasy" and "heroin based ecstasy" bullshit.

When I was in high school there was a girl in one of my classes who was convinced that there were two brands of 2C-I, one was called 2C-I and the other was called "TSI" and they were in fact two completely different things. (2C-I was a huge thing at my high school my last two years there).

Ugh, people. That's why I'm on Bluelight, to help rid the world of this misinformation and D.A.R.E. class bullshit.
 
People who insist Ecstacy and MDMA are two different drugs, one better than the other.

I agree.

There are too many people these days who think they know it all about drugs because they have read stuff on the internet. I've had people before tell me that the drug I took wasn't that drug because they read on the internet it wasn't like that and there was a slight difference in effects (they hadn't tried it themselves), really annoys me. There is a line you have to draw when it comes to harm reduction/research and just taking the drug and having a good time.

FUCK ME, is that still doing the rounds? Chrrrist, that was a big one 20 years ago. That and acid goes into your spinal fluid and can be detected for the rest of your life went hand in hand.
 
That someone can tell if MDMA was synthed in a large scale, industrial operation or a smaller set-up just by the subtleties in the effects ;)
