Hi all- I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but TDS is mostly where I'm at on BL so mods please feel free to move this if it's not apprpriate.

about 4 months ago I started taking 2mg klonopin (1mg 2x a day) because of panic attacks/anxiety. I also take a bp medicine that slows my heart down. Now, bp medicine always causes me trouble sooner or later: I'll feel really tired/ malaise after a few months on them. My Dr. has no idea why- you should feel the side effects sooner, not later.

For the last week I've been feeling fatigued and it all came to a head on saturday- my resting pulse rate had dropped to 45 bpm. I immediately stopped the bp med and went to the Dr. and he put me on another bp med that has no effect on heart rate.

The thing is, while my resting pulse rate has improved to 60bpm- that's still too slow for a guy like me. I'm 40, 6' and weigh 222 lbs (i lost like 18 lbs in the last year- most of it in the last month). I do indeed work out and run, row, lift weights, etc. but still, my pulse should be higher for my age group and weight. I'm no super athlete.

Also, my stomach is still shot....like I constantly have butterflies. I get no pleasure from eating.

Has klonopin affected anyone like this?
