-in the frying pan... poor in a
thin layer of liquid for bout 10 minutes on medium heat...

you'll see when its ready, it starts bubbling up n turning white, wait till
all the liquid has evaporated, ( usually less than ten minutes, you will want to move the pan around a little make sure u get it all) tip it this way n that until you hear no more "crackling sound"....
-You can then put the underneath of the pan in cool water for half a minute to cool down (make sure no water gets in the pan)... makes the next step easier
- then u scrape it off the pan with a card (credit card consistency), this can be quite tedious... i was tought to scrape it onto a newspaper, but i don't think thats essential.... this will get you depending on the size of the frying pan anywhere between 3 to 10 grams in 10 minutes....
-Wait half an hour after its cooked to use... you can use as soon as its out of the pan, but it burns like fuck...
(i wish i still lived in ketaland.... *sigh)
p.s. Don't use ur mums favorite frying pan, as she will notice a distinct smell of chemicals next time she's cookin burgers or wateva... (i would recommend u do not use the same frying pan for anything else once you've cooked ket in it... it shall be from then on
