No AAS experienceAloha all , this is my very first post . I have been lifting wieghts now for about a year and a half . My stats are ..
Age: 25
Weight:6'3" 245 lbs
No AAS experience
Goal: to retain moderate gains ( not overly worried about fat loss)
BF: unknown , I would guess a little higher than the norm
My schedule aims at 3X per week chest& arms , back & shoulders, legs with abs and cardio thrown in whenever possible plus multivitamin/multi oil

My diet has been natural up to the present day I just try to eat as much as possible most of the time w/ protien shakes twice a day and two creatine hydrochloride pills in the afternoon ( still seeing if these work better than powder , not too impressed yet). The problem I've been having lately is a general lack of energy. I work on a very intensly busy diner grill line where I'm cooking all day long without eating and constantly dehydrating as a result of the Hawaiin humidity with no air conditioning. I know this isn't good for me when I'm working out but I cant just up and quit my job in times like these. I try my best to stick with a steady weightlifting schedual but sometimes when I get home I am just flat out too stressed & tired and I end up going two or three days without lifting. Not having a good schedual lined up is a reason I cannot invest in a steriod cycle of any type until I work out solidly for at least another year and get a more stable plan. What I was wondering is if theres any recomendations for energy. Would testoserone boosters give me the extra kick I would need , or how about nitric oxide? Any advice would help thx

Aloha

My tip would be to get yourself out the door as quickly as possible after getting in from work. Usually I just try and get in, have a shake and then straight out the door. If I hang around then I lose motivation.

As for pre workout stimulants I'd get some cheap caffine tablets- they work wonders for me. I also recently tried a germamine, phenylthalamine combo and that was pretty good also. Test boosters and nitric oxide won't help you out the door...

A year and a half is not long enough training to start on the juice, many people do and that's the best way to get an injury.KEEP HYDRATED at all costs I know it's hard at times, but you have to no matter what. Try stay natural as for energy boosters amphetamines/cocaine will give u a mad boost of strength and energy but you will pay for it the next day. I'm in oz the best stuff I have had OTC was veno, made by ALR industries...IF you feel you have no other choice than AAS take small amounts of testosterone enanthate it will definitely give you an energy boost and recovery will be so much faster...but do you research first

thanks

thx for the advice guys . The up and out the door method I find is the only thing that keeps me in the gym . Caffine pills would be a great choice also but the problem is that with my job and activity I've developed a huge tolerance to caffiene by overusing it to the max on a daily basis. If I dont start off drinking iced coffes in the morning at work I will immediatly get a headache( im wondering if this has something to do with my performance as well). So I suppose that my first step would have to be to slow down on the coffe and caffine. As far as the stimulant illicit drugs go I'm an ex-addict here so you wont have to worry about me touching that kine stuff eva'gin!! Ill just have to work on staying natural and sticking to the basics , if I slow down on the coffe maybe I can reduce my tolerance to it and use it as a little preworkout boost lol
