No AAS experienceAloha all , this is my very first post . I have been lifting wieghts now for about a year and a half . My stats are ..
Age: 25
Weight:6'3" 245 lbs
No AAS experience
Goal: to retain moderate gains ( not overly worried about fat loss)
BF: unknown , I would guess a little higher than the norm
My schedule aims at 3X per week chest& arms , back & shoulders, legs with abs and cardio thrown in whenever possible plus multivitamin/multi oil
My diet has been natural up to the present day I just try to eat as much as possible most of the time w/ protien shakes twice a day and two creatine hydrochloride pills in the afternoon ( still seeing if these work better than powder , not too impressed yet). The problem I've been having lately is a general lack of energy. I work on a very intensly busy diner grill line where I'm cooking all day long without eating and constantly dehydrating as a result of the Hawaiin humidity with no air conditioning. I know this isn't good for me when I'm working out but I cant just up and quit my job in times like these. I try my best to stick with a steady weightlifting schedual but sometimes when I get home I am just flat out too stressed & tired and I end up going two or three days without lifting. Not having a good schedual lined up is a reason I cannot invest in a steriod cycle of any type until I work out solidly for at least another year and get a more stable plan. What I was wondering is if theres any recomendations for energy. Would testoserone boosters give me the extra kick I would need , or how about nitric oxide? Any advice would help thx
