It’s such lunacy how people are so insanely susceptible to state propaganda. They don’t believe their own lying eyes anymore. Didn’t they officially redefine insurrection or something so they could call it one?Dropper Jan 6 was clearly an attempt at overthrowing the government…by a bunch of unarmed people…that left hours later….
The left have dropped any and all libertarian principle, and turned hard authoritarian. Likely why you only have anti war libertarian types left in the populist right. It is very scary to me that they can cheer on throwing people in jail bc their team says it’s good. All I want is a fair system that treats everyone equally, and not to be on the side in favour.I dunno but how anybody can call that a insurrection is beyond me, I get that it’s not your team, but come on at least be realistic, if anybody actually thinks those people should be charged like it was a literal insurrection then they are too far gone to the propaganda. Pretty much totally willing to ruin someone’s life cause they are on the other team, sad…and that kind of callusness is almost exclusive to the left
same. if leftist terrorists went into the capital and violently tried to force our lawmakers to overturn a duly held election, cowardly beat cops as part of a mob, etc... i'd also be saying they ought to be charged for their crimes.fair system that treats everyone equally
You can’t take over congress with boomers, a fire extinguisher, and zip ties Lol. This event is what prevented pence from being able to send back electors, which is a legal process. Makes ya think@Las Veghost grower
you're the reigning king of making outrageous claims and refusing to give support.

And you don’t substantiate any of your views either,
Durhams big point was that it’s become so polarized that it’s not possible for any sort of anti establishment case to get a fair trial in DC. And they over look the fact that DC is 90% democrat when denying change of venue. clown courtsthose jailed received their constitutional due process and were found guilty by, in many cases, a jury of their peers and, in some cases - when they chose bench trials - by judges appointed by various presidents including trump.
if you have a problem it's with the u.s. justice system. are you perhaps suggesting a grand liberal conspiracy to 'get to' judges and juries?
i'd ask for, you know, facts and evidence but you've made your position on substantiating claims pretty clear i.e. you are unable

whether or not it was possible (and btw, not all of them were boomers, far from it) is beside the point... they tried, and are paying the price by having their freedom revoked. that's what happens when idiot terrorists get caught. You can’t take over congress with boomers, a fire extinguisher, and zip ties Lol.
All you do is post articles by some guy and bullshit selective info graphs , that’s not proof…but hey why am I not surprised you give value to participation trophiesq.e.d.
i will agree to disagree with this demonstrably bullshit claim.

amazing how wrong you are lol, i constantly question the government and literally NEVER watch t.v. (i have severe advertisement angst, so i actually have to leave if it's on... i can't even use gas pumps that don't have mute buttons). You have proven to be a TV/government fan boy, nuff said
It was absolutely possible, with a contingent election. Of course you could find establishment law professors that disagree, which is the reason you think you are right.cope much?
let's talk about this bullshit claim that pence could have reversed the result, decertified the election, sent back the electoral votes or whatever.
the u.s. constitution grants the vice president no such power.
the house and senate can voice objections, as happened on january 6th. the constitution is quite clear that the vp's role is a formality.
from the 12th amendment:
"The president of the Senate shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates, and the votes shall then be counted..."
does it say anything there about reversing, decertifying or sending back anything? answer, no.
pence oversees the session, opens the certificates of the states' electoral votes and then gives them to the appointed tellers. the tellers count the votes and announce who's won. again from the 12th: "The person having the greatest number of votes shall be president..."
this is all in the constitution - which you claim to hold so dear - and, unlike plenty of sections it's completely unambiguous.
you know what is illegal? sending fake electoral votes to washington and pressuring the vp to use them instead of the valid votes, thus attempting to disenfranchise thousands of voters.
that's the only steal that happened and, thankfully, it was stopped.
here's an offer. if you can show me how the u.s. vice president can legally decertify an election, i'll leave bluelight forever. not jgrimez 'forever'. forever.
i have that much faith in my position. can you demonstrate the you believe the b.s. you're posting? then prove it.
