Jan 6 Attack on the Capitol and the aftermath

They already do.

Soon you will be forced to praise Jesus and Jeff Bezos at the same time in our schools.
Ya I’m talking the maga grifters too. McConnell, McCarthy, chenny are all just neo liberals that pander social issues. Only a handful of folks will actually push back against the central banks over arching agenda.

Was it really deliberate planning tho ? Like really, or was it a bunch of hopped up people saying some shit in the heat of the moment…if they were planning a insurrection it would have played out more like Seattle…I’m sorry that was no insurrection on jan6, they wernt even armed for fuck sake, think about it, showing up unarmed to a insurrection…it makes zero sense, like really think about it thoroughly and you will see it was not a insurrection
There were people there with "1776 - Jan 6 2021 - Civil War" or something to that effect. If someone has time to print and distribute T shirts, there was planning. Dec 19 Trump tweeted to show up to Capitol Jan 6 "Will be wild!" Other people and groups tweeted in response their own plans for that day. All those tweets are public record, even the deleted ones seem to turn up.

As for being armed, they were using flag polls for weapons. That's how they murdered capitol officer Sicknick. When Trump was screaming to take down the metal detectors at the rally, he apparently yelled something like, "The weapons aren't for me, they don't want to hurt me!" The insurrectionists also took the heavy shields from the cops and were beating other cops with them while trying to reach the windows of the capitol. All this is on video.

You just described a riot aside from the t-shirts….

It would be, other than if it's shown that Trump knew it was going to happen and why. Then it becomes an attempt by the president to incite a mob to overthrow an election. Which is a whole different thing, as far as the ramifications for Trump and his people.

Yea, they are clearly trying to flex the wording of the written law to make it so he can’t run again legally, that is ultimately what they are after…but I think if you just look at the situation it very clearly wasn’t a attempt at a insurrection…you know how laws are written very broadly and left up to interpretation, it’s a way they can choose who they do and don’t want to charge with certain crimes, we are seeing a prime example of that imo, was a riot

Just an example of broadly written laws that can be interpreted either way depending on the situation…in LV when dispensaries opened they made a law that you could no longer grow your own medically if you lived within 25 miles of a dispensary, then they was a bylaw that said even if you were within 25 miles you could still grow your own if there is a specific strain that helps your ailment but isn’t sold in a dispensary you could still grow that, in other words if they wanted to fuck you they could and if they didn’t they won’t…

in·sur·rec·tion
/ˌinsəˈrekSH(ə)n/

noun
a violent uprising against an authority or government.;

With this definition in mind, I'm not understanding how Jan 6th wouldn't be considered an insurrection as it seems to be exactly that, no?

Then any riot could be considered a insurrection ? Specifically Seattle and BLM since they both had a problem with authority….you can’t pick and choose, we’ll you can since that’s exactly what’s happening
