Brothers and sisters, let's keep the shitposting in the Dive.

What was the value in having the capital police help incite the riot on January sixth? We know for a fact the feds confiscated several helmets and uniforms from the DC capital police just the week before.

a major victory for democracy today:

Supreme Court rejects GOP in North Carolina case that could have reshaped elections beyond the state

"WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that state courts can curtail the actions of their legislatures when it comes to federal redistricting and elections, rejecting arguments by North Carolina Republicans that could have dramatically altered races for Congress and president in that state and beyond.

The justices by a 6-3 vote upheld a decision by North Carolina’s top court that struck down a congressional districting plan as excessively partisan under state law.

A victory for the establishment imo. They are still allowed to meddle in states they don’t controls elections, essentially. The constitution is clear about state legislatures having the final say, not the state. The rinos on the court teaming up with leftists is concerning, especially after the Nc sc had already put it to bed, trump had to appoint a woman and a dork smh. At least gorsuch panned out.

in your mind maybe. but you should try to set aside your bias occasionally.

when i became a u.s. citizen i swore "that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same;"

i don't see the constitution as an enemy. i don't take that shit lightly.

one of trump's biggest problems is that, like your somewhat immature, reddit-y cope/glow/woke/folx stereotypes, his defense uses the currency of the court of public opinion: hyperbole; embellishment; fabrication; mock outrage; etc.

in the courtroom, it's all worthless in the face of facts, evidence, sworn testimony, etc.

he's finding this out the hard way.

That’s only works if you believe we have a fair/legitimate justice system. Of course liberals think we do, everything ‘goes your way’. But any objective person can tell things aren’t right, and are as frightened for the future as I am. The clown courts in DC are something made for nightmares, to the honest, the humble objective observer. Jmo though

right. when trump loses an election, the only explanation is a rigged election (please disregard his win in 2016).

when trump loses a court case the judge and jurors have been "got to".

when trump loses 80 court cases, the hundreds of judges and jurors have been got to.

while trump was in office, he appointed 234 federal judges. are they now all "part of the establishment" too?

sometimes a cigar is just a cigar.

The Hegelian dialectic of orange man vs corrupt pedo man has never done much for me. Our justice system is no better than most third world countries, but the people with blind faith in the establishment are never going to see it. It’s been moving this way for many many decades. It’s how you can have grandmas with cancer that trespassed going to jail and the sons of corrupt politicians getting off for selling influence to foreign adversaries.

@Dropperneck

it seems like you don't want trump to have been brought up on the charges, and your most used argument (seems to me) is that others supposedly get- off scott- free for their crimes.

shouldn't you want trump to pay for his crimes REGARDLESS of whether other people have been investigated fully? seems like wataboutism.

i, for one, do NOT care what party affiliation or personal opinion subscribes to... if they have committed a serious, potentially national- security- jeopardizing crime... i WANT them to be held accountable.

if the bidens are guilty, if hunter has been given special treatment, then they ought to be investigated. i want our criminal justice system to work EVEN ON RICH PEOPLE! shoot, ESPECIALLY on rich people and even those in the white house. (and cops, and others of executive authority... because when law enforcers commit crimes, it is WORSE than when a regular citizen does).

well, this story - tl;dr ray epps - has been discussed to death in the court of public opinion. now it goes to the court of, well, laws and shit (where facts and evidence matter)

Jan. 6 Protester Accused by Tucker Carlson of Being a Undercover FBI Agent Sues Fox News

"The Jan. 6 protestor who Tucker Carlson accused of being a government agent sued Fox News for defamation on Wednesday. Ray Epps sued the network in Delaware court, claiming that Fox News, and Carlson in particular, 'commenced a years-long campaign spreading falsehoods about Epps' that destroyed his and his wife's lives, according to the complaint. He is seeking damages of an unspecific amount."

I’m sure all of the nytimes fluff pieces defending epps will help sway the jury. The simple fact is that everything tucker said about him was true. Even you have to wonder why the entire establishment is defending a January sixth ‘’’maga insurrectionist’’’ that is the only person on video telling the crowds that “the capital is our enemy” “we need to go into the capital”. Major establishment papers literally wrote fluff pieces defending him lol

don't worry. i know how this goes down here.

if he wins, it's false! it's rigged! the establishment! blah blah blah...

if he loses, "i was right all along and i told you"

:)

here, facts don't matter. in court, they do.

I like how all the FBI agents instigated the violence and trespassing that day.

It was a good distraction during the election theft and a way to lock up a few political prisoners (which Trump didn't pardon).

Any you guys see that staged theatred choreographed dressed up Grim Reeper with chalice, just HAPPENING too (yeah f right!) by random chance to be on live TV camera stream, as cameras suddenly switched that way just before the dressed up actor walked past? At King Charle's recent "do"?

These things are Rituals! Charle's coronation was such Satanic, illuminati, Reptilian one.

And the more staged Capitol Hill riot was another.

If this reality side of these events continually remains out of the discussion

Then what are we actually talking about.

Remember, because Shakespeare knew exactly what he was saying when he wrote "all the world's a stage every player has their entrance and their exit and plays their part".

They clearly just let them all in and then start escorting them around the capital grounds. After seeing that live on yt I started questioning just how many events in our history are real and organic and how many were glowie psyops. The main contracts for the ownership of the US corp are still held by the crown, was the tea party a fake event to signify our ‘’independence’’’? Really makes you wonder

Even when there's video evidence, a certain number of people refuse to believe it.
They're all-in already.
