in your mind maybe. but you should try to set aside your bias occasionally.
when i became a u.s. citizen i swore "that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same;"
i don't see the constitution as an enemy. i don't take that shit lightly.
one of trump's biggest problems is that, like your somewhat immature, reddit-y cope/glow/woke/folx stereotypes, his defense uses the currency of the court of public opinion: hyperbole; embellishment; fabrication; mock outrage; etc.
in the courtroom, it's all worthless in the face of facts, evidence, sworn testimony, etc.
he's finding this out the hard way.
