So I went on quite the m3th binge. although still getting sleep in and food.. been experincing some bad effects the past couple days, trouble breathing, bad dizzyness with vision change. numbness in arms and legs that comes and go's..,,,

i went into doctor today, i told him all the symptoms but left out the usage of m3th that i have been doing, I wasnt scared too mention it, I just have other reason as too why i didnt..

he checked me out, high pulse rate and blood pressure ( of Course) but the heart sounds good. then prescribed me some meds too calm everything down. ive read somewhere before that slowing down too much too fast could lead too problems.

so he prescribed. Ativan which i know should be fine. but the other one im not sure of. he said it's too slow the heart and lower blood pressure. the med name is propranol 10mg . does anyone know if this one will be safe for me too take, as the doctor prescribing it had no idea what i was really on...

Yes it will be safe. It'll block your sympathetic system and it's a pretty common drug for treatment of hypertension.
However, please stop your binge now. Meth is by far one of the most dangerous drugs to binge on, as I hope you can tell considering the symptoms youve been having. Use the Ativan to help you through withdrawals if you get any, but please stop now before it gets any worse, and be sure to pay particular attention to your body in the next few days.

Just use the lorazepam, it should be spot on to ease your comedown. DONT use the propranol as its a beta blocker and mixing beta blockers with ephedrine can cause seizures and other nasty side effects. I suspect that methamphetamine is similar enough to ephedrine to cause the same issues as its in the same drug family as a analog of ephedrine. So to reitterate, ativan is good but aviod the propranol.

Using the lorazepam is just fine. Using beta-blocker (propranolol) however is contraindicated in combating stimulant overdoses as it can lead to unopposed alpha-adrenergic stimulation, leading to hypertensive crises and possibly death. Beta-blockers and amphetamines are at times co-prescribed, but only under a doctors supervision and in precise dosages. In your case, were the amphetamine potency is anonymous, and the dosage you will ingest is probably not measured, the interaction could be very dangerous.

Which is why you should always be honest and up front with your doctor. Not trying to bash you for not telling him, just trying to say in general it is beneficial to have everything be out in the open when receiving medical care.

This.... The doctors are there to help, giving an inaccurate history only endangers yourself. after brushing up on beta-blockers, I see that cocaine is also contraindicated as they increase the cardio-toxicity of cocaine. Just for anyones future reference for HR sake.lol
