Fighting against terrorists who purposely sacrifice their own people is not genocide.
Israel has a right to exist and a right to protect it's citizens.
If Hamas surrendered six months ago think of the lives that could've been saved.
Yet no protests demanding that. No UN resolutions demanding that.
Nah. Better block roads and larp as revolutionaries on college campuses.
Blame the victims instead of the terrorist death cult.

again NOTHING justifies war crimes... and NO MATTER HOW BAD THE ENEMY IS, it doesn't justify or wand- wave away genocidal actions.

you have yet to make even a SLIGHTLY decent refutation... going "hamas bad, protestors dumb" is not an argument.

ever seen the movie "toy soldiers"?? (good movie, will weed'n and samwise ganja)

should the police just have nuked the whole school? or pulled a russia and pumped in some aerosolized fentanyl analog? tell everyone to move into the cafeteria where it is "safe" and then bomb that too? cut off their water and let them die of dehydration?

it's amazing how hard ppl will justify attrition and mass murder of babies. oh well... will n samwise would have grown up to be career criminals... i guess they SHOULDA just levelled the school.

I spent 200 pages making detailed responses to every point you've brought up. Over and over again. All you can do is straw man... excuse me... straw person me. It is really old at this point. Just go back and read the 200 pages of shit you never made a decent response to and start there.
 
i don't respond to crappy arguments made in bad faith. i remember quite a lot of awful, bad faith responses by you (example: "what ethnicity are palestinians" as though that's not a SILLY and unreasonable argument against the ethnic cleansing the israelis are doing). or flat out falsehoods (example: "the idf is TRYING to minimize civilian casualties")

provide A SINGLE example of me strawmanning you, please.

if i made false assumptions and haven't addressed them, please let me know the specifics.

in the meantime, why not give your VERY BEST argument for why the geneva genocide convention doesn't apply...

100% the russians are behind these protests. Using their commie sleeper agents to cause chaos in the west.

all these folk burning the american flag should be promptly arrested and charged with treason agaisnt the state and thrown in max security prision for the rest of their lives.

Burning flags is protected as free speech here, but I'd love to see what they would say if someone burned the Quran.

why would putin want to try and bring about more attention to this cause? that could risk some kind of partial resolution and then more attention on russia's war crimes.

many students HAVE been suspended and have had their key cards deactivated. others attacked and arrested.

and the thing is, THE PEACEFUL PROTESTERS SHOULDN'T be disciplined. it is a proud tradition, protesting on campus.

i know many pro- israeli peeps wanna see them murdered by the national guard, but...

I mean, I don't really believe Russia is "behind" the protests. It's possibly they're amplifying messages to get everyone's passions up, but there's existing sentiment to begin with. If he has been involved in any way, this stupid chaos is a great distraction from what he's doing in Ukraine, because now nobody is paying attention to that. Realistically, there will be no resolution, so I really don't think they have to worry about that. All that will happen is eventually everyone protesting will run out of steam, and Israel will find a way to drag out the genocide of Palestinians or the killing of all Hamas mission or whatever you think they're doing so it lasts forever, no matter what Russia or any other country wants or thinks.

I'm inclined to agree, but this is the first college protest about a war that the US isn't even directly involved with.

Because it is.

Palestinian isn't an ethnicity.
Islam isn't an ethnicity.
Every ethnicity that exists in Gaza exists in Israel.

The real ethnic cleansing happens in Arab states against Jews.

do you think Israel would not have invaded after oct 7th if US did not give them any aid?

Israel signed something back in march that guarantees they won't use American weapons in Gaza.

They're a relatively rich country with tons of military capability on their own without any "funding".

it's my understanding that this was supposed to 'assure' that they would use american weapons 'in accordance with international law', which they clearly never intended to abide by.

in my non expert opinion, i think it could potentially stunt their offensive if we pulled all funding and gun thing.... but that would never happen.

there are congresspeople that OPENLY call for israel to do a COMPLETE ethnic cleansing, and even the 'liberal' members of congress (all but a few, even if they say strong words against israel's actions) happily sign more money.

shit, even reagan strong armed israel... biden is SO weak on this (tisk tisk, netanyahu... here's some more weapons).
