Definitely not. At this point of existence, most organizations will do everything to maintain themselves and it becomes more important than the reason it has been formed. This definitely applies to terrorist organization with wealthy leaders.

Amazes me anyone anywhere thinks any country dropping a nuke on another country is a good idea. With the current tension worldwide, all it will take is one nuke to drop and the World will be at full scale nuclear war.

Could also rip a giant hole in the O-Zone layer thus the suns UV rays would become deadly to us all. Or the dust from the nuke blocks out sunlight and brings worldwide famine. Worst idea ever.
