But the petro dollar !!! America is finished!!! Remember when hard tards were saying that…like mother fucker were America, oil it nice, but we deal in death first, cannot be dethroned, capitalism at its finest baby!…and then the even dumber people saying the military doesn’t need as much money, that’s what keeps us the big swinging dick of the world, give the military all the money for development!!!! People are so dumb it really hurts sometimes
im am unsure what you are trying to communicate

pretty sad how everyone is saying Israel is cutting off aid for gEnOciDe, when in fact Hamas is both blocking aid, and then STEALING the aid when some of it actually gets there

Hamas is stealing the fuel from hospitals, building their bases under hospitals, and hoarding food/water. They are committing war crimes on their own people!

Hamas is just as guilty, if not more guilty, than the IDF of causing a "genocide". Hamas WANTS all of this to happen. They INTENDED for all of it to happen. They knew exactly what Israel would do after oct 7th.

this is why it is so idiotic for people not to acknowledge Hamas or the necessity of their removal when discussing solutions for this conflict

There are countless videos of Israeli military bullying Palestinians, you think that doesn’t radicalize people ? Think George Floyd
A lot of people make the same sort of claim, that Israel have created Hamas and induced these attacks through its actions. That's why earlier I asked about Hezbollah, who are also launching rockets at Israel but are not being "genocided" or occupied by Israel. Is it so hard to imagine that the actual true motivating force behind the attacks is the one thing we definitely know is shared between Hamas and Hezbollah?

Starts with 'radical', ends with 'Islam'.

Didn't Netanyahu literally support Hamas?

Israel's Finance Minister Bzalel Smotrich below considering Hamas an "asset".
Indeed, some Israeli officials have at times been explicit about their preference for Hamas over the PA. Israel’s Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, one of the most extremist members of the most extremist Israeli government coalition to date, offered an unusually frank assessment of the government’s approach to Hamas in a 2015 interview.

“The Palestinian Authority is a burden, and Hamas is an asset,” Smotrich said at the time. “It’s a terrorist organization, no one will recognize it, no one will give it status at the [International Criminal Court], no one will let it put forth a resolution at the U.N. Security Council.”

The comments came as the PA, whose authority was effectively limited to the West Bank after a 2007 split with Hamas, was making strides on the international scene, winning U.N. recognition of Palestine and an ICC probe of Israeli crimes in Palestine. Israeli officials dubbed those efforts “diplomatic terrorism,” a more difficult sell to the rest of the world than the terrorism label they apply to Hamas.

Lamenting the “international delegitimization” of Israel, Smotrich talked openly about Israel’s need for Hamas to counter the diplomatic successes of the PA. “Abu Mazen is beating us in significant spaces,” he said in the interview, referring to PA President Mahmoud Abbas. “And Hamas at this point, in my opinion, will be an asset.” Elsewhere, as The Intercept recently reported, he argued that the PA was causing “great harm to Israel in international forums, and it is better for Israel to work towards its collapse.”

Israel Defense Forces intelligence chief Amos Yadlin — who this week said that Hamas

“will pay like the Nazis paid in Europe” — said at the time that “Israel would be ‘happy’ if Hamas took over Gaza because the IDF could then deal with Gaza as a hostile state.” That is effectively what happened.

Maybe they didn't "create" it - but they sure as fuck didn't/don't mind that they're there to use as a scapegoat. I'd be remiss to say that it seems that they sure did quite a bit to keep them around.

First explain Hezbollah.

Netanyahu did "support" Hamas mainly because he thought they would weaken the PA and decrease the chance of there being an Iranian puppet state called Palestine on Israel's border. Netanyahu is a corrupt moron whose political career is hopefully done after this.

Poor brown people can have agency though, you know. And the Jews aren't responsible for everything.

First explain Hezbollah.

From the inception of Hezbollah to the present,[49][114] the elimination of the State of Israel has been one of Hezbollah's primary goals. Some translations of Hezbollah's 1985 Arabic-language manifesto state that "our struggle will end only when this entity [Israel] is obliterated".[49] According to Hezbollah's Deputy-General, Naim Qassem, the struggle against Israel is a core belief of Hezbollah and the central rationale of Hezbollah's existence.[115]

Hezbollah says that its continued hostilities against Israel are justified as reciprocal to Israeli operations against Lebanon and as retaliation for what they claim is Israel's occupation of Lebanese territory.[116][117][118] Israel withdrew from Lebanon in 2000, and their withdrawal was verified by the United Nations as being in accordance with resolution 425 of 19 March 1978, however Lebanon considers the Shebaa farms—a 26-km2 (10-mi2) piece of land captured by Israel from Syria in the 1967 war and considered by the UN to be Syrian territory occupied by Israel—to be Lebanese territory.[119][120] Finally, Hezbollah consider Israel to be an illegitimate state. For these reasons, they justify their actions as acts of defensive jihad

Netanyahu did "support" Hamas mainly because he thought they would weaken the PA and decrease the chance of there being an Iranian puppet state called Palestine on Israel's border. Netanyahu is a corrupt moron whose political career is hopefully done after this.

Of course, all people have agency. Wonder if Israel smuggling millions of dollars into Hamas' hands had any influence on those "poor brown people" though.

My point is that Hezbollah and Hamas have the same goals and utilise the same methods but noone really claims Hezbollah are freedom fighters. Why do people excuse Hamas and not Hezbollah?
Nobody is excusing Hamas, we're pointing out issues with Israel bombing huge amounts of civilians and doing ethnic cleansing. I'm not sure why this simple concept is so difficult to understand

Well if Hezbollah and 2 million of their peers were quarantined to a 140 sq. mile area where their basic necessities were barely met and their ancestral homes were stripped from them they might get the same sort of excuses?
