Problems in the movie industry

The person that wrote the tweet he's replying to being surprised Sacha Baron Cohen supports Israel, lol

members of my family are in a professional group for film makers.

Civil wars are being waged online in private communities right now.

People who simply ask others to keep politics out of job forums are getting attacked for being on the wrong side (neutral).

This sort of thing is going to rip apart political coalitions in the west.

That changed on Sunday, when Brandeis’ student government voted down a resolution condemning Hamas and calling on the terror group to release all of its hostages.

Only six members of the university’s Student Union Senate voted in favor of the resolution, while 10 voted against and five abstained, according to a representative who was present at the vote

Located just west of Boston, Brandeis was founded in 1948 by the Jewish community and is named after Louis Brandeis, the first Jewish justice to serve on the U.S. Supreme Court. Jewish students make up about a third of undergraduates, giving Brandeis one of the highest concentrations of Jewish students at any college in the country

TIck tock is offering influencers $5k to denounce palestine and support full on israel invasion.

There is so much fake evidence and false accusations surrounding the whole thing it's surreal. For instance this from the New York Times

Then also you have the Israeli's claiming they couldn't gain intelligence on the Hamas op. Yet they can apparently have voice recordings of 2 operatives discussing a rocket attack on a hospital.

At this point I struggle to see how anyone can believe the official narrative. Or not at least be highly sceptical.

It's also surreal how this whole thing took over the entire internet's attention. It's like nobody is talking about anything else at all.

Social media has definitely been coopted as a military tool. I guess that's no surprised, though.

I still highly suspect some of the puppet strings for the Hamas attack lead back to Putin. As a diversionary technique, it seems highly effective. Take NATO's and the world's eyes off the situation in Ukraine. Open another war front to take some pressure off their failing war.

I'm sure you were careful to read the entire article, right?

To my knowledge the singular focus of this article was never presented by US Intelligence as a "smoking gun" or even the most important piece of evidence. The Times conclusion is disputed as cited in the article-- but let's say for the sake of argument that it's true. It doesn't conclusively change anything.

Here are some common sense questions: if the IDF wanted to target a hospital full of civilians, why would they instead decide to strike the parking lot? What does that accomplish for Israel? Also-- Their missiles are much too precise from everything I've read for that kind of error.

What about all the other evidence, including everything the Times doesn't have access to? Is it all an elaborate coverup by the US and Israel? Is it more likely that the NYT is seeking publicity here by muddying the waters, or that this grand conspiracy actually exists?

Any rational person will look at all available evidence and decide what is more likely to be true. And it's pretty clear to me that the NYT done nothing here to change the equation.

Imagine if Turkey gets involved then it really will be WW3. They have a massive military and all citizens are trained in conscription.

I think Israel is going to wipe out Palestine completely either way. But it is worrying times when the US is sending all their military, then you have Turkey and Iran potentially about to get involved too.

With all this what's going on i'll be surprised if China don't seize the opportunity to take over Taiwan while attention is diverted elsewhere.

That article absolutely does NOT show that Israel "manufactured evidence".

In fact, it makes ZERO conclusions about who was responsible for the parking lot bombing.

Which is?

I agree though, it's impossible to know what's what here. This information tsunami we're being swamped by is kinda terrifying. Nothing is real anymore.

That Israel didn't know Hamas planned to strike and allowed it to happen.

That's best case scenario at this stage.
