Modern wars and conflict cost money. A lot of money. Especially when all you have is desert or jungle, not easy to manufacture weapons and gear out of sand and leaves. Where do we think they got paragliders, drones, and all the general military hardware from?

There's no way the intelligence network, 5-eyes and not just mossad, didn't know about this before hand. Impossible. Which pretty much narrows it down to incompetence or purposeful dereliction of duty. I don't know anything about internal Israeli politics or culture, but I find it hard to believe this could just be incompetence or a miscommunication (some British colonel suggested this) between agencies. Israel takes its security very seriously.
 
I consider laying out what one is about to say and telling it will be invalid sort of manipulation technique.

HAMAS is trash, state of Israel is trash (see the pattern, I don't like big organizations or states generally?)

The reason I came up with my link was TripSitterNZ claimed that there is no genocide happening. This is essential background for understanding the conflict in the first place. Let me repeat myself;

It's probably not even a real Hamas attack. I bet it's Mossad and the CIA dressed up as Hamas terrorists as a pretext for starting war with Iran, Russia, China and Lebanon so they can eventually take over Chinas vast counterfeit luxury handbag manufacturing sector and so that we might finally gain the propriety blend of true Chinese Wok noodles which is coincidentally made from the excrement of Wok worms.

Hamas works the same as ISIS. They will use anyone to hurt their opponent. A year or 2 ago they were crying that a hospital got bombed. You know why it did? Because Hamas were shooting RPG's from the top of the hospital. They don't give a fk about their people. They would put a hospital as a rocket base and cry poor me when they get fire returned.

Thanks for posting this. Most people are unaware that Israel has a sizeable nightclub/rave scene. I have never recommended it to people here because honestly I think that most of you would find the security situation annoying. ....but on the other hand, a dance party is a dance party?
 
You are right, I had a girlfriend for a couple years that was a bit obsessed with the palestine-israel conflict, in fact she worked in projects related with that, and as an activist
in anycase she was fair, and didn't invent or exagerate anything and she told me about her travels to Israel-Palestine, horrible stories honestly, that place is doomed and it's quite clear who is the bad guy there, people are defending their dignity against some horrible settlers who abuse the fuck out of them, creepy people.
It's obvious that violence is not the goal, and HAMAS and other radical groups use violence and cruelty in a way that it's not to be accepted or forgiven, but once you understand what's going on there, it becomes more clear that they barely have no other choice than to use violence, sadly.

You are giving Israel pass for reasoning you are judging HAMAS for.

And anyway, palestinians have right to the land too. Essentially soldiers of Israel are killing lots of just regular innocent people too like in their own "nation" to protect those they perceive more worthy.
 
Just have to say, I am shocked that the Mossad and all the other agencies in Isreal got caught with their pants down so to speak. I think maybe Isreal needs no loosen up it's gun control policies for it's citizens. If more people had easier access to guns( I ain't talking about hunting Bambi or birds) this could have been lessened. I read the gun laws on Israeli citizens, the people need to be allowed to arm themselves easier. Their enemies have no trouble getting guns. Besides, so many Israeli citizens are part of the army reserve, and almost all israeli's ( male and female) are required to do military service. They need to arm the civilians better. Or least allow them easier access to guns.

if this came out like that, I don't mean to say that that is really reasoning of HAMAS, big organizations commonly lie about their motives and incentives. I was just pointing out the argumentation is flawed.

Isn't it funny how lefties are so easily manipulated with this tactic? Like if you're losing the war, maybe surrender so that people stop getting hurt, I'd say?

But Hamas loses EVERY war, and their response is to put guns on top of schools and hospitals because they're counting on dumb American lefties to fall for this type of stuff. And to Hamas credit, it works. Lefties go for it. They root for the underdog even and especially if the underdog is a terrorist.
